Structure & Movement
Aila is a beautifully feminine Golden Retriever who combines elegance with the substance and athleticism we value in our breeding program. She has a lovely overall outline, balanced proportions, good bone, and a strong, level topline that remains pleasingly consistent in motion. Her construction allows her to move with a smooth, ground-covering stride, showing good reach in front and purposeful drive from behind. There is an effortless quality to her movement that reflects the balance of her structure—athletic and efficient without sacrificing the classic beauty and elegance of the Golden Retriever.

Temperament
Aila possesses the kind of temperament that makes the Golden Retriever so special. She is also my working psychiatric and mobility service dog. She is sweet, affectionate, intelligent, and eager to connect with her people. Confident without being pushy, she carries herself with a gentle assurance and has a wonderful willingness to please. At home, she is loving and devoted, while in the show ring she demonstrates the composure and confidence we hope to preserve in our breeding program. For us, Aila represents much more than a beautiful Golden Retriever—she is a cherished companion whose lovely temperament is every bit as important as her structure and athletic ability.
